Caterham to London Victoria - Response from Minister

Following my letter to the Rail Minister last month, I have now received a response which you see below. 

Suffice to say, I’m disappointed. After over a year of positive signals, it now looks like we’re in a tug-of-war with the Brighton Main Line for rolling stock availability. 

I’m not going to let this go. The reinstatement is something residents clearly want to see. 

But we must gather the evidence – that is why I’m planning to launch a petition to call on GTR and Great British Railways to rethink their approach. Watch this space.
