Despite repeated reassurances from Royal Mail for YEARS, areas in East Surrey continue to be let down with poor postal deliveries.
New structures and an increase in staff levels have clearly not translated into an improved service – just 2/3 of first-class letters are hitting letterboxes within target.
This is simply not good enough.
I continue to raise individual cases with Royal Mail but would now like to gather data on poor deliveries constituency-wide – with a particularly focus on non-delivery of time-sensitive and essential letters. Share your thoughts with me below.
